The Acton Aqua Ducks Swim Club was started in 1987 by founder and former head coach Gerry Ockenden.
Today, the Club has over 40 swimmers in all levels and is growing every year. Our coaches provide a full range of expertise and experience to ensure that our swimmers not only have the best opportunity to excel but have fun as well!
The Ducks swim at the Acton Indoor Pool located in the MSB Middle School, 69 Acton Blvd., Acton.
Since 1987, the Acton Aqua Ducks Swim Club has been introducing young swimmers in our community to the joys and challenges of competitive swimming.
The club offers different levels, focusing on competitive swimming fundamentals to provincial competition achievements.
Swimmers train at levels suited to their abilities, learning all four strokes for competitions: butterfly, back crawl, breaststroke, and freestyle, as well as dive starts and turns.
Acton Aqua Ducks also offers a Masters swim level, where adults can now swim competitively.
